Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and log it here. The log lists the date, the page and what changed.
Short answer
If a page has a wrong fact, an outdated rule or a test result we can no longer stand behind, we correct it, note the change at the bottom of that page and add a line to the log below. We do not quietly edit scores.
What counts as a correction
We log any change that would matter to a reader’s decision:
- a wrong fact (a regulator, an age limit, a phone number, a tax rule, a fee);
- a test result that was recorded wrong, such as a payout time;
- a score that changed because of an error, not because of a new test;
- a missing or wrong affiliate disclosure.
Routine updates are not logged here: a new retest, a changed bonus, a new casino added to a list. Those show as a new “updated” date on the page itself, and retests appear in the change log on each review.
How we handle a report
- Send the page address and what you think is wrong to support@casino-en-ligne-au-canada.com. A source link helps.
- The editor checks it against the primary source (the regulator, the law, the provider) or our test files.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page, add a dated note at the end of it and add a line here. We aim to do this within working days.
- If we think the page is right, we reply with the source we relied on.
The note at the end of the corrected page says what was wrong, what it says now and the date. If a correction changed a score, the review shows the old and the new score side by side for 90 days, so readers who saw the old one can tell.
Casinos can report errors too. A casino cannot ask us to remove a true test result or a fair complaint about its terms.
