Contact us

Write to us about our tests, our pages or a mistake. We are a review site, not a casino, so we cannot touch your account, but we can tell you where a complaint should go.

Short answer

Email support@casino-en-ligne-au-canada.com. We answer questions about our tests and our pages. We are not a casino: we cannot see your account, approve a withdrawal or close an account. For those, contact the casino first and then the regulator that issued its licence.

Who we are

casino-en-ligne-au-canada.com (No Bluff) is an independent information site about online casinos in Canada. It is not run by a casino, takes no bets and holds no player money.

Email: support@casino-en-ligne-au-canada.com. We reply in English or French.

What we answer

  • Questions about a review, a test receipt or a score.
  • Reports of an error on a page (see our corrections policy).
  • Your own experience with a casino we review. If it changes what we know, we may retest.
  • Questions about your data on this site (see the privacy policy).
  • Business questions from casinos. They never change a score.

What we cannot do

  • Process, speed up or cancel a withdrawal.
  • Reopen, close or verify a casino account.
  • Give legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.
  • Pay out a bonus or compensate a loss.

How to escalate a complaint about a casino

  1. Write to the casino first, by email so you have a record. Give your username, the transaction ID, the date and what you want. Ask for a reference number.
  2. Read the casino’s terms on complaints. Many set a deadline for a reply and name a dispute service.
  3. Find the regulator. The licence number and the regulator’s name are usually in the footer of the casino site. Check the licence in the regulator’s own register, not by trusting the logo.
  4. File with that regulator, with copies of your emails and screenshots.

Where to file, by licence:

Casino licensed byWhere to complain
Ontario (iGaming Ontario / AGCO)The operator first. iGaming Ontario asks players to work with the company that runs the site, then use its player support. The AGCO also takes complaints.
Alberta (AGLC / Alberta iGaming Corporation)The operator first, then the Alberta iGaming Corporation or AGLC.
Provincial lottery sites (PlayNow, Loto-Québec, PlayAlberta, PlayOLG)The provincial corporation’s customer service, then the provincial regulator.
Kahnawake Gaming Commissioncomplaints@gamingcommission.ca or the form on gamingcommission.ca.
Malta, Curaçao or another foreign regulatorThat regulator’s player support or complaints page.

A casino with no licence you can find in a register has no regulator to complain to. That is the main reason we check the register before we review a casino.
