Short verdict
Winzter suits a player who wants a casino with a named, registered operator and an Anjouan licence the regulator’s register confirms for winztercasino.io. The limits are tight for anyone who wins big: withdrawals start at €100, stop at €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month, and clause 5.7 caps total winnings at €100,000 a day. Casino Guru rates its complaint record as poor.

This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read Winzter’s terms and conditions (last updated June 2, 2026), the promotions page and welcome package, the FAQ and the about page as a logged-out visitor, and looked up the licence in the Anjouan Gaming register. Licence and owner: a new domain and a new company
Clause 1.1 of the terms says winztercasino.io is owned and operated by Exceptiosoft LTD, registration number HE 487571, of Lakatameia, Nicosia, Cyprus. The footer on the promotions page gives licence number ALSI-202606020-FI1. The Anjouan Gaming register lists that licence under Exceptiosoft LTD, valid from June 12, 2026 to June 11, 2027, with 21 domains, winztercasino.io among them.
The old address, winzter.com, no longer resolves. The register still shows it under a different company, Rabocse SRL, on a licence that expires December 27, 2026, and AskGamblers still lists that domain and company. 16 of the 17 Rabocse domains have a matching newer domain on the Exceptiosoft licence (slottio.com and slottio.io, for example), so the brands appear to have moved together.
The Exceptiosoft licence also covers chanze.io and trixino.com, two other partner brands. Trixino’s terms (dated July 31, 2026) name the same company and use the same restricted list, the same withdrawal caps and the same bonus cash-out rule; the clause numbers start to differ at 5.7.
Clause 3.1.2 bars the USA, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia and a few others. Canada is not on it, although clause 1.2 names only EU and Asian markets as examples of where the site operates. Winzter has no provincial registration; see Ontario.
Slots welcome package: 30x, cash-out capped at 25x
The promotions page shows 450% up to $3,000 over three deposits: 200% up to $500, then 100% up to $1,000, then 150% up to $1,500, each marked “Wager: 30x”. The minimum deposit, maximum bet and expiry are not on the logged-out page.
Clause 7.2 makes every deposit bonus sticky: your deposit and the bonus both sit in the bonus balance until wagering is done. If the 30x applies to both, a $100 deposit with a $200 first bonus means (100 + 200) × 30 = $9,000 in bets; on the bonus alone it is $6,000. Clause 7.10 caps what you can win from a deposit bonus at 25 times the bonus, and only slots count. See our bonus guide.
A weekly slots reload of 100% up to $1,000 is also listed. The home page says cashback is for VIP customers only, and we found no cashback terms.
Payments for Canadian players
Winzter publishes no payment page logged out. The FAQ names cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and crypto in general terms, says the minimum deposit appears on the deposit page, and says the casino charges no deposit or withdrawal fees. We found no Interac.

Clause 6.13 sets a daily withdrawal limit of €1,000 and a monthly limit of €10,000, which works out to about €2,300 a week. Only one withdrawal can be pending per method. You must bet each deposit once before cashing out (clause 6.5), and KYC documents can be requested at your first withdrawal.
Clause 5.7 caps winnings at €100,000 a day from all play, bonuses included, and clause 17.3 lets Winzter forfeit all balances if you use a VPN or proxy. More on crypto casinos.
Games
The footer links to 66 provider filters, a few of which are game types such as keno and roulette. Slots come from studios including Play’n GO, Novomatic, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming and Relax Gaming. Live tables come from smaller studios such as Vivo, XPG, LuckyStreak, Winfinity and ICONIC21; there is no Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. The lobby has a search and a filter by provider, and a sportsbook shares the account.
What other players report
Casino Guru blocked our browser on November 3, 2026. Its listing in search results gives Winzter a Safety Index of 3.3 (Very low) and notes a very high value of disputed winnings for a casino of its size. Complaint titles on Casino Guru include a delayed withdrawal, winnings not received and an account closed without explanation.
AskGamblers, whose page still lists winzter.com, shows a CasinoRank of 6 and two complaints: an unresolved €316 account closure and a resolved €6,654 dispute over a bonus cap. Trustpilot has removed its profile for winztercasino.io for breaching its guidelines.
Responsible gambling tools
Clause 12 offers self-exclusion by email to complaints@winztercasino.io; once set, it cannot be shortened, and withdrawals are blocked while it runs. The terms describe no deposit, loss or session limits in the account. Help in Canada: responsible gambling.

Questions
Why does winzter.com not work any more?
The domain no longer resolves. The casino now runs on winztercasino.io under Exceptiosoft LTD, and that is the domain listed on the current Anjouan licence.
What is the smallest amount I can withdraw from Winzter?
Clause 6.13 sets a €100 minimum (or the equivalent) for bank, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals, with a cap of €1,000 a day.
Is Winzter linked to Trixino and Chanze?
Yes. All three domains are on Exceptiosoft LTD’s Anjouan licence, and Trixino’s terms match Winzter’s on the operator, the withdrawal caps and the bonus rules.
Can I use Interac at Winzter?
We found no Interac. The FAQ names only general method types, and the cashier is not visible without an account.
