Winthere
Short verdictA 44-provider lobby with CAD limits and Interac deposits, but no named company or licence, crypto-only payouts for Canada and a 10x deposit cap on winnings for players who have deposited €500 or less.
- Licence
- None shown; terms clause 1.7 mentions a licence "under Curaçao law" with no number, no regulator name and no seal on the site
- Interac
- Deposits only
- Min. deposit
- C$20 (payments page, Canada); €15 to qualify for a deposit bonus
Short verdict
Winthere suits a slot player who deposits small amounts by Interac and is happy to cash out in crypto, which is the only withdrawal method its Canada payment table lists. The catch is accountability: the privacy policy says the site is owned by “Company”, with no name, and no licence number appears anywhere. Players whose lifetime deposits are €500 or less can withdraw at most 10 times the deposit that produced the win.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read Winthere’s terms, bonus terms, promotion and VIP pages, the payments page with Canada selected, the FAQ and the responsible gambling, dispute and privacy pages, looked at the lobby as a logged-out visitor and searched the Curaçao Gaming Authority register. We have not deposited or withdrawn, so there is no payout time yet; see how we test. This casino is one of our partners and pays us a commission when a reader signs up. It does not affect the ratings; see what we earn.
No company name and no licence number
The privacy policy says winthere.com is “owned and operated by Company, a company registered and established under the laws of Curacao”. The word Company is left as a placeholder: there is no name, registration number or address on any page we read. Clause 1.7 of the terms says the casino’s licence is valid “under Curaçao law”, without a number or regulator, and the footer has no licence seal.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online licence register (November 2, 2026) lists companies, not websites, and has no Winthere entry. The dispute page says unresolved complaints can go to “the Curaçao Authority”, yet clause 1.6 of that page asks you to keep any complaint confidential. Winthere is not registered in any province; see Ontario.
Canada is not on the excluded country list in clause 4.2. Clause 18.3 blocks two NetEnt branded slots, Vikings and Street Fighter, for Canadian players.
Welcome package: 300% over two deposits
The welcome page offers 300% up to €2,250 plus 100 free spins (10 a day for 10 days) on the first deposit and 300% up to €750 on the second, from a €15 deposit.
The rollover depends on which page you read: the FAQ and clause 11.14 say 30 times the bonus, the bonus terms page says 50 times. Example at 30x: a C$100 deposit gives a C$300 bonus, and you must bet C$300 × 30 = C$9,000. At 50x it would be C$15,000. Free spin winnings carry 150x, table games do not count, and bonuses expire after 7 days (clause 11.16).
Clause 11.11 caps a non-VIP player’s bonus withdrawal at 5 times the bonus, and the terms set no maximum bet. VIP tiers add a bonus on every deposit, from 5% to 100%, and cashback can be claimed once a day as bonus money. See our bonus guide.
Payments for Canadian players
With Canada selected, the payments page lists six deposit methods and a single withdrawal method:
| Method | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Time stated by the casino | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | C$20 (maximum C$250) | Not offered for withdrawal | Instant deposit | None stated |
| Visa, Mastercard, Maestro | C$20 (maximum C$2,000) | Not offered for withdrawal | Instant deposit | None stated |
| Google Pay, Paysafecard | C$20 (maximum C$1,000) | Not offered for withdrawal | Instant deposit | None stated |
| Skrill | C$20 (maximum C$500) | Not offered for withdrawal | Instant deposit | None stated |
| Cryptocurrency | C$20 (maximum C$2,000) | C$100 | One business day | Four free withdrawals a month, then €60 each |
So an Interac depositor in Canada has to cash out in crypto. Clause 6.5 sets €1,500 a week for standard players but only €500 a week for the Opal, Sapphire and Pearl VIP tiers; the FAQ says $1,500 a week and warns it “can be lower depending on account activity”. Read more: crypto casinos and Interac.
If your lifetime deposits total €500 or less, clause 6.11 caps any cashout at 10 times the deposit that produced the win and removes the rest. An account with no transactions for 180 days is closed and its balance forfeited (clause 14.1). ID documents may be requested with 72 hours to send them (clause 2.8.6).
Games
The provider filter lists 44 studios, among them Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Red Tiger, NetEnt and Push Gaming. The lobby counted 4,457 games and the live section 301, from Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi; we saw no Evolution. Game pages show RTP and volatility (Chicken Road 2.0: 96%, medium). We did not start a game, so demo play is not confirmed.
What other players report
Trustpilot’s profile for wintherebonus.com is claimed by the casino, whose replies point to support@winthere.com. On November 3, 2026 it showed a TrustScore of 2.5 from 42 reviews, 67% of them one-star, with cancelled withdrawals, a 10x deposit cap and removed balances as the main complaints. Trustpilot does not verify reviews. Casino Guru gives Winthere a Safety Index of 3.2 (Very low); we read this in search listings because the site blocked our access. AskGamblers has no Winthere page.
Responsible gambling tools
The responsible gambling page gives tips and links to BeGambleAware but describes no deposit, loss or session limits in the account. Self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years is requested by email to support, and the page says it cannot be undone. Help in Canada: responsible gambling.

Questions
Can I withdraw from Winthere with Interac?
Not according to the payments page. With Canada selected, Interac is listed for deposits from C$20 to C$250, and the only withdrawal method is cryptocurrency with a C$100 minimum.
Who owns Winthere?
The site does not say. The privacy policy names the owner only as “Company” under Curaçao law, and we found no licence number to check in the Curaçao register.
Is there a limit on how much I can win at Winthere?
Yes for small depositors. Until your lifetime deposits pass €500, clause 6.11 limits a cashout to 10 times the deposit that produced the win; a €20 deposit allows €200. Bonus winnings are capped at 5 times the bonus for non-VIP players.
Can I play at Winthere from Ontario?
Canada is not excluded in the terms, but Winthere is not registered with iGaming Ontario. Ontario players should use a site on the iGaming Ontario list.
