Short verdictAccepts Canadians with €5,000 a week withdrawals and a 10% cashback with no wagering, but names no operator or licence, caps daily profit at €10,000 for standard players and charges idle accounts.

Short verdict
Winningz accepts Canadians and its default withdrawal limit of €5,000 a week is higher than at many offshore sites. The problem is accountability: the about page says “fully licensed”, yet the terms and footer name no company and no licence, and we found no register entry for the domain. Standard players can also make no more than €10,000 profit in 24 hours on casino games.

We did this desk review on November 3, 2026, reading the Winningz general terms (updated January 28, 2025), bonus terms and about page in a browser, and searching the Anjouan Gaming register. Licence and owner
Clause 1.2 of the terms defines “we” as winningz.com, nothing more. The about page says Winningz is “fully licensed and regulated” but does not say by whom. AskGamblers lists Igloo Ventures SRL and the Anjouan Gaming Board; in the Anjouan register that company holds a licence only for casinopayservice.com, and winningz.com does not appear. Without a named licence there is no regulator to escalate to.
Clause 4.2 lists restricted territories, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Finland, Japan, Malta and several French overseas territories. Canada is not on the list. Section 4 also says deposits made from a restricted territory are forfeited, so do not play while travelling there. Winningz is not registered in any province; see Ontario.
Welcome package and cashback
Three deposits of at least US$30 each: 100% up to US$1,500 with 100 spins, 75% up to US$2,250 with 150 spins (code WNZ2) and 50% up to US$3,750 with 250 spins (code WNZ3). The bonus and the spin winnings carry 45x wagering, and spins must be used within 24 hours of each daily batch. Example: a US$100 first deposit gives a US$100 bonus, which needs US$4,500 in bets. The maximum bet with any bonus is US$7.50.
Match bonuses cap withdrawals at a multiple of the triggering deposit: 30 times for bonuses of 100% to 199%, 35 times below 100%. A “CASH” reload pays 10% of a deposit of US$75 or more, up to US$150, with no wagering. See bonuses and no-wagering offers.
Payments for Canadian players
The terms do not list methods. AskGamblers lists Interac for deposits and withdrawals and CAD among currencies; the bonus terms quote amounts in US dollars with “currency equivalents”. The figures below are from the terms.

Clause 8.1 sets €2,500 a day, €5,000 a week and €10,000 a month by default. Clause 8.1.1 caps cumulative casino profit in any rolling 24 hours at €10,000 for standard users, €25,000 for medium tiers and €100,000 for VIP users, jackpots excluded. The lobby has slots, live casino, crash games, roulette and a sportsbook, plus a “Winz Mania” jackpot network with a Mega pot starting at €6,000,000. We did not record providers, live studios or demo play.
What other players report
AskGamblers listed 2 Winningz complaints on November 3, 2026, both resolved: a delayed crypto withdrawal of €429 after a rejected MiFinity payout, and a €62 deposit that was not credited. Casino Guru’s search listing gives a Safety Index of 3.8. We did not find a Trustpilot profile large enough to show a pattern.
