Velobet Casino Review 2026: Curaçao Licence, No CAD, Dormant Fee

Short verdict

Velobet is the same company and licence as Zizobet and Rolletto, and we found velobet.com on the Curaçao certificate. It suits a player happy to play in euros or US dollars: there is no CAD account, and withdrawals are capped at 7,500 a week and 15,000 a month. The rule to know before you sign up is clause 8: after 60 days without a login, the casino can take 20% of your balance every month.

Licence and owner

The footer names Santeda International B.V., company number 151296, licensed under OGL/2024/1798/1048, with Santeda International Limited in Cyprus as payment agent. The CGA certificate for that number is active and lists Velobet.com and velobet.win, as well as Zizobet and Rolletto (two other partner brands), Bakubet, Cosmobet, Goldenbet and Megajeet.

The terms bar residents of the United States, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Georgia and several Dutch Caribbean islands; Canada is not listed. A Curaçao licence is not a provincial registration; see Ontario.

Welcome package in euros or dollars

The casino package covers three deposits. The first gets 150% for deposits of 10 to 500 EUR or USD, or 100% for 500 to 1,000, plus 300 free spins: 30 on deposit and 30 a day for nine more days, lost if you miss a day. The second deposit gets 100% up to 500 and the third 80% up to 500, each from a minimum of 10.

Wagering is 30 times the deposit plus the bonus within 30 days, with a maximum bet of 5 EUR or USD. Example: deposit 100 USD, get 150 USD, and you must bet (100 + 150) × 30 = 7,500 USD. Payments for Canadian players

The footer shows Interac, Visa, Mastercard, AstroPay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and five cryptocurrencies, but the terms list no CAD account, so a Canadian deposit is converted by your bank or the payment provider. The terms give these figures for all methods:

The weekly limit is 7,500 EUR or USD and the monthly limit 15,000, wins above 15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments, and a single bet or spin can pay at most the equivalent of 100,000 EUR (jackpots excepted). Withdrawing without wagering your deposit once can cost 20% of the amount. The slot lobby counts 9,519 games, with a provider strip (Amatic, Novomatic, Wazdan, Betsoft, Habanero and more) and a search box. The live lobby lists 15 studios, including Evolution, Playtech Live, LuckyStreak, SA Gaming and Betgames, with Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time. The two open ones are titled “Account put on investigation” and a delayed €170 withdrawal; resolved cases include a €6,500 account frozen for six months.
