Short verdict

VegasHero is a familiar name, but the site now runs on the same terms as Magius and MonsterWin, and AskGamblers names the same company as for MonsterWin. You get CAD accounts, 130 game providers and demo play, with no licence or operator on the site and withdrawals capped at C$750 a day at the first VIP level. Of 11 complaints on AskGamblers, 7 were not resolved, including three unpaid withdrawals between €2,500 and US$24,500.

What we checked

We did this desk review on November 3, 2026, from VegasHero’s terms (version 1.12, August 19, 2026), the cash and crypto welcome bonus pages, the promotions list, the sitemap and the logged-out lobby, plus AskGamblers and Trustpilot. The site shows no licence number, so there was no register to search. We have not deposited; see how we test. This casino is one of our partners and pays us a commission when a reader signs up. Licence and owner

The terms name only “VegasHero.com” and “the company operating the Website”. AskGamblers lists Lumina Holdings Limitada, the company it also gives for MonsterWin, with “Costa Rica” in its licence field and no regulator or number. The affiliate link points to doitpartners.com, the same program Magius uses.

Trustpilot still has an older VegasHero profile with an address in Ta’ Xbiex, Malta, no reviews after November 17, 2025, and a note that the company’s website has closed. Do not rely on older reviews of VegasHero: they describe a different setup from the one running now.

Welcome offers: cash or crypto

The standard offer is 100% up to C$750 plus 200 free spins, released as 20 a day for 10 days. The minimum deposit is C$30, Neteller and Skrill deposits are excluded, and you must bet the deposit plus the bonus 35 times within 10 days. Example: C$100 + C$100 = C$200 × 35 = C$7,000 in bets. The maximum bet while the bonus is active is C$150, free spin winnings need 40x and release at most C$150, and total release is capped at 10 times the bonus.

VegasHero also has a crypto welcome bonus the sister sites we read do not list: 200% up to 3,000 USDT from a 100 USDT deposit, at 40x the deposit plus the bonus, with a maximum bet of 114 USDT and the same 10x cap. A 100 USDT deposit with a 200 USDT bonus means 300 × 40 = 12,000 USDT in bets in 10 days. Ongoing offers include a daily cashback, a live cashback, crypto reloads and Spinoleague. AskGamblers lists CAD among the currencies but not Interac, and our tool could not read the logos in the footer. The terms do not list methods, so we only show what the bonus pages state.

Clause 6.11 caps withdrawals at C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month at level 1, rising to C$2,300 and C$30,000 at level 5. An account idle for 180 days pays €5 a month (clause 6.18). Crypto basics: crypto casinos.

The sitemap lists 130 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Booming Games and Red Tiger, with Pragmatic Live for live tables; Evolution is not listed. The lobby counts 11,068 slots, 598 live games and 862 bonus buys. Tiles have a Demo link while logged out and do not show RTP.

What other players report

AskGamblers listed 11 VegasHero complaints on November 3, 2026, 4 resolved. Unresolved cases include withdrawals not paid of €2,500 and €5,000, a player unable to withdraw US$24,500 and a failed self-exclusion (€1,520). The current Trustpilot data is not usable: the vegashero.com profile is from the earlier operator, and other VegasHero pages sit on unrelated domains.

Questions

Is this the same VegasHero that used to be in Malta?

The current site runs on the same terms as Magius and MonsterWin, with no Malta licence shown. The old Trustpilot profile with a Malta address says that company’s website has closed.


Does VegasHero accept Interac?

We could not confirm it. AskGamblers does not list Interac for VegasHero, though it lists CAD. Check the cashier before you deposit.


How much do I need to bet for the VegasHero crypto bonus?
