Short verdict
Sankra fits a player outside Ontario who wants a Canadian page with dollar amounts and a 30x welcome rollover. The catch is accountability: the terms, the about page and the footer name no company and no licence, so there is no regulator to complain to. Entry-level withdrawals stop at C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month, and an account left idle for 180 days loses €5 a month.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. As a logged-out visitor we read Sankra’s terms (version 1.8, dated May 28, 2026), the welcome pack and cashback pages, the help centre, the responsible gaming page and the lobby. The site shows no licence, so we checked the Tobique Gaming Commission’s list for the company AskGamblers names. We have not deposited or withdrawn, so there is no payout time yet; see how we test. No licence and no company on the site
sankra.com sends Canadian visitors to the mirror sankra-a.com/ca/. Clause 1.4 of the terms refers only to “the company operating the Website”, and we found no company name, address, licence or seal anywhere on the site.
AskGamblers names the operator as 3-102-945295 SRL, a Costa Rica company. The Tobique Gaming Commission’s list of licence holders does include “3-102-945295 S.R.L”, type B2C, expiring October 8, 2027. The list shows no domains, and Sankra never mentions this company or a Tobique licence, so we treat the link as unconfirmed. Sankra is also not registered in any province; see Ontario.
Clause 2.3 excludes 27 countries, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands and Japan. Canada is not on the list, though clauses 15.4 and 15.6 block two branded slots for Canadian players.
The terms follow the same template as Lizaro, another partner brand whose terms Magius and MonsterWin also use: the clause numbers, the 10% commission rule, the CAD limit table and the €5 inactivity fee match. Sankra’s copy is version 1.8 and its top daily limit is C$2,250 instead of C$2,300.
Welcome pack: 30x on deposit plus bonus
The Canadian page lists four deposits from $30: 100% up to $3,000 with 150 spins, 75% up to $3,750 with 50 spins, 75% up to $3,750 with 100 spins, and 100% up to $4,500 with 200 spins. The rules below it repeat the offer in euros, from a €20 minimum. Spins arrive in daily batches that each expire after 24 hours.
Wagering is 30 times the deposit plus the bonus, within 10 days of activation. Example: deposit $100, get $100, and you must bet (100 + 100) × 30 = $6,000. The most you can cash out from the welcome offer is 3 times the bonus, so $300 in that example. The maximum bet is €5, and free spin winnings need 30x with a €50 cap. VIP levels 3 to 5 get a weekly casino cashback of 5% to 15%, up to €3,000, wagered 5x, 3x or 1x depending on level. A weekly reload of 77% up to $1,050 and a weekend reload are also listed.
Payments for Canadian players
The help centre names bank transfer, Sofort, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum, and says the minimum deposit is generally €10. Interac, iDebit and MuchBetter are not mentioned anywhere we looked.

Clause 6.11 caps withdrawals by VIP level: in CAD, C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month at level 1, up to C$2,250 a day and C$30,000 a month at level 5. Only three withdrawals can be pending at once, and the finance team works 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday.
Clause 6.8 lets Sankra cancel winnings and keep the commission shown above if you bet less than your deposit before cashing out. Documents are due within 30 days of a request (clause 5.3). Clause 3.7 is the harshest: if you close your account with a balance or a pending withdrawal, all the funds are voided, so withdraw first. More on crypto casinos.
Games
The provider page lists 47 entries, with Spinomenal (732 games), Yggdrasil (463), Fazi (406) and Amusnet (323) as the largest. There is no Pragmatic Play and no Evolution; live tables come from OnAir and Winfinity.
The lobby has a search and a provider filter. We saw no Demo button and no RTP on the tiles while logged out.
What other players report
On November 3, 2026, AskGamblers gave Sankra a CasinoRank of 5.5 and listed four complaints. Two say self-exclusion requests sent by email were ignored, one about a €104 withdrawal held in verification was resolved, and one about rejected address documents was rejected.
Trustpilot has removed its profile for sankra.com for breaching its guidelines, and Casino Guru had no Sankra review in its search results on the same date.
Responsible gambling tools
The responsible gaming page describes no deposit, loss or session limits in the account. Self-exclusion is requested by email to support@sankra.com, which the page says closes the account within 24 hours. Help in Canada: responsible gambling.

Questions
Who owns Sankra casino?
The site does not say. AskGamblers names 3-102-945295 SRL of Costa Rica, a company on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s list, but Sankra’s own pages never mention it.
Does Sankra accept Interac?
Not that we could find. The help centre lists cards, bank transfer, Sofort and crypto.
What happens if I close my Sankra account with money in it?
Clause 3.7 says all funds on the account are voided if you close it with a balance or a pending withdrawal. Withdraw everything before you ask for closure.
Can I play at Sankra from Ontario?
Canada is not on Sankra’s excluded list, but Sankra is not registered with iGaming Ontario. Ontario players should use a site on the iGaming Ontario list.
