Short verdict
MonsterWin is for a player who reads French or another non-English language and wants a casino and sportsbook with CAD limits. Its terms and welcome bonus are copies of those at Magius: no operator name, no licence, 35x on deposit plus bonus and a C$750 daily withdrawal cap at the first VIP level. Of 16 complaints on AskGamblers, 13 were resolved, all about slow withdrawals.
What we checked
We did this desk review on November 3, 2026, from MonsterWin’s terms (version 1.12, August 19, 2026), its welcome bonus page, the about and responsible gaming pages, the sitemap and the logged-out lobby. No licence number is shown, so there was nothing to check in a register. We have not made a deposit or a withdrawal yet; see how we test. This casino is one of our partners and pays us a commission when a reader signs up. It does not affect the ratings; see what we earn.
Who runs MonsterWin
The site does not say. Clause 1.4 of the terms refers to “the company operating the Website”, and the about page gives no address or licence. AskGamblers lists the operator as Lumina Holdings Limitada and puts “Costa Rica” in its licence field, with no regulator or number.
The terms are word for word the ones used by Magius and Lizaro, two other partner brands, down to the version number and the limit tables. AskGamblers names a different company (GMBL Tech) for those two, and each site links to its own affiliate program (altairaffiliates.com here). So the rules are shared, but we cannot confirm a common owner.
Canada is not on the excluded list in clause 2.3. NetEnt games and three branded slots are blocked for Canada (clauses 15.2 to 15.6). MonsterWin is not registered in Ontario or any other province; see Ontario.
Welcome bonus: same offer as Magius
The first deposit gets 100% up to C$750 plus 200 free spins, added as 20 a day for 10 days, each batch to be claimed within 24 hours. The minimum deposit is C$30, and Neteller or Skrill deposits do not count.
You must bet the deposit plus the bonus 35 times within 10 days of activation. On the full offer that is (750 + 750) × 35 = C$52,500 in bets. Free spin winnings need 40x and can release at most C$150. The total release is capped at 10 times the bonus, and the maximum bet while it is active is C$150. How rollover works: bonuses.
From VIP level 2, a daily cashback of 3% to 15% (capped at €100 to €400) is paid on casino losses and needs to be wagered only once.
Payments for Canadian players
The footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac. Per-method limits are only visible in the logged-in cashier.
| Method | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Time stated by the casino | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | Not published | Not published | Not published | Not published |
| Visa, Mastercard | Not published | Not published | Not published | Not published |
Clause 6.11 caps withdrawals at C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month at VIP level 1, up to C$2,300 and C$30,000 at level 5. Payouts are handled 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT on weekdays only, and you can have three requests pending at once. A deposit that is not wagered at least once can cost 10% to 15% in commission if you withdraw it (clause 6.8). After 180 days without a login, the account pays €5 a month (clause 6.18). Interac basics: Interac casinos.
Games
The sitemap lists 129 providers, among them Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Novomatic, Hacksaw Gaming and Red Tiger. Live tables come from Pragmatic Live, Vivo Gaming, SA Gaming, Lucky Streak and Creedroomz Live; Evolution is not listed. The lobby shows 905 bonus buy slots.
Every tile has a Demo link while logged out. Tiles show no RTP. There is a sportsbook as well, with a separate 100% up to €100 first deposit offer.
What other players report
AskGamblers listed 16 MonsterWin complaints on November 3, 2026: 13 resolved and 3 unresolved. Nearly all are about withdrawals left pending, including one Canadian case of C$305 marked resolved and an unresolved €2,000 case where the account could not be verified.
Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 1.8 for monsterwin.com from 83 reviews, 78% of them one-star, latest July 30, 2026. Reviewers describe payouts pending for days or weeks and generic support replies; Trustpilot does not verify reviews.
Responsible gambling tools
There are no deposit, loss or session limits in the account. You ask support by email for a break or a self-exclusion, and the page gives no duration for either. See responsible gambling for help in Canada.

Questions
Is MonsterWin a copy of Magius?
The terms and the welcome bonus page are word for word the same. AskGamblers names different operating companies for the two, and the affiliate programs differ.
Does MonsterWin pay out on weekends?
The terms say withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, so a request on Friday evening waits until Monday.
Is the MonsterWin site available in French?
Yes, French is one of the 15 languages in the footer selector. The terms we read were the English version.
Can Ontario players use MonsterWin?
MonsterWin is not registered with iGaming Ontario. Ontario players should choose a site on the iGaming Ontario list.
