Short verdict
Magius fits a player who wants slots, live tables and a sportsbook in one CAD account and can live with slow, capped withdrawals. The terms name no company and no licence, and they are the same rules Lizaro uses, including a C$750 daily withdrawal cap at the first VIP level. The welcome bonus needs 35 times the deposit plus the bonus, and self-exclusion is handled by email only.
What we checked
We did this desk review on November 3, 2026. We read the Magius terms (version 1.12, last updated August 19, 2026), the welcome bonus page, the promotions list, the about and responsible gaming pages and the sitemap, and opened the lobby while logged out. The site shows no licence number, so there was nothing to look up in a register. No deposit or withdrawal has been made yet; see how we test. This casino is one of our partners and pays us a commission when a reader signs up. It does not affect the ratings; see what we earn.
Licence and owner: none on record
Clause 1.4 of the terms refers to “the company operating the Website” and never names it. The about page calls Magius “an innovative online sportsbook and casino” and gives only live chat and support@magius.com as contacts. We found no licence, registration number or address. With no regulator behind the site, a dispute stays between you and the casino.
AskGamblers names the operator as GMBL Tech, the same name it gives for Lizaro, and lists “Costa Rica” as the licence without a regulator or number. The rules are identical to those of Lizaro and MonsterWin, two other partner brands: same version number, same date, same clause numbers and the same withdrawal tables. Each site links to a different affiliate program (doitpartners.com for Magius).
Canada is not among the excluded jurisdictions in clause 2.3. Clause 15.2 blocks NetEnt games for Canada and clause 15.3 blocks one branded slot. Magius is not registered in any province; Ontario players should read our Ontario page.
Welcome bonus: 100% up to €500 with 35x on both
The first deposit gets 100% up to €500 (shown as C$750) plus 200 free spins, paid as 20 a day for 10 days. Each daily batch must be claimed within 24 hours or it is lost. The minimum deposit is C$30, and Neteller or Skrill deposits do not qualify.
The rollover is 35 times the deposit plus the bonus, within 10 days. Example: deposit C$200, get C$200, and you must bet (200 + 200) × 35 = C$14,000 in 10 days. Free spin winnings need 40x and are capped at €100 (C$150) for this 200-spin offer. The most you can release from the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, and bets above C$150 while the bonus is active break the rules (clause 7.19). Rollover rules in general: bonuses.
Ongoing offers include 100 weekly reload spins, a weekend reload of up to €600 with 66 spins, a daily cashback of up to 15% for VIP levels 2 to 5 (wagered once) and a 25% live cashback up to €200.
Payments for Canadian players
The footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac logos. Limits and processing times per method appear only in the logged-in cashier, so the table below is mostly empty until our money test.
| Method | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Time stated by the casino | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | Not published | Not published | Not published | Not published |
| Visa, Mastercard | Not published | Not published | Not published | Not published |
Clause 6.11 sets withdrawal caps by VIP level. At level 1 you can take out C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month; level 5 allows C$2,300 a day and C$30,000 a month. A C$20,000 win at level 1 would take two months to collect.
Clause 6.8 requires you to bet at least your deposit once before cashing out. If you don’t, the casino may cancel winnings and keep 10% of the last deposit, or 15% for card and bank deposits. Identity checks (clause 5.1) cover certified ID, proof of address and proof that you own the payment method, and you have 30 days to send them. An account with no login for 180 days pays €5 a month (clause 6.18). Interac basics: Interac casinos.
Games and sportsbook
The sitemap lists 130 game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil and Thunderkick. Live tables come from Pragmatic Live, Vivo Gaming, SA Gaming, Lucky Streak and BetGamesTV. The lobby counts 11,069 slots, 599 live games and 1,541 jackpot games. We did not see Evolution.
Tiles show a Demo button while logged out. They show bet ranges but no RTP, and the lobby has no search box that we could see. The site also has a sportsbook with pre-match and live betting, including esports.
What other players report
Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 1.7 for magius.com on November 3, 2026, from 374 reviews, 77% of them one-star. The most common complaints are withdrawals held “under review” for weeks, partial payouts and support that sends people back to live chat. Trustpilot does not check reviews.
Casino Guru’s complaint pages for Magius include “withdrawal is blocked without valid reason”, “winnings have been confiscated” and two cases titled “requesting a refund due to a failed self-exclusion” and “account remains active despite self-exclusion request”. Casino Guru blocked our direct access, and its search listings showed three different Safety Index figures, so we do not quote one. AskGamblers listed 13 Magius complaints on November 3, 2026, 7 of them resolved; the open ones include a self-exclusion case and a €2,000 withdrawal held for verification.
Responsible gambling tools
The responsible gaming page lists no deposit, loss or session limits in the account. A break or a self-exclusion is requested by email to support, with no length stated, and the complaint titles above show that this route has failed for some players. Questions
Is Magius the same casino as Lizaro?
They use word-for-word identical terms, with the same withdrawal caps and fees. The welcome offers differ: Magius gives 100% up to €500 at 35x, Lizaro a four-deposit package at 20x. Neither site names its operator.
Does Magius take Interac?
The Interac logo is in the footer. The deposit and withdrawal limits for it are only in the logged-in cashier, and we have not tested it yet.
How much do I have to bet to clear the Magius welcome bonus?
35 times the deposit plus the bonus. A C$100 deposit with a C$100 bonus means C$7,000 in bets within 10 days.
Can I self-exclude at Magius?
Only by emailing support@magius.com. There is no self-exclusion button in the account, and Casino Guru has complaints from players whose self-exclusion did not take effect.
