Short verdict
LuckNation suits a Canadian who wants a site in English or Canadian French with C$ amounts and a weekly withdrawal limit of €5,000. Its licence needs a second look: the Anjouan register lists lucknation.com, but with an expiry date of October 4, 2026, while the footer seal still says valid. Read clause 8.2 before you deposit: you must bet your deposits five times before cashing out, or the casino can refuse the withdrawal or charge up to 8%.

Licence and owner
The terms and footer name Next Global Era Limited, registered in Belize under number 000030447 at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, licensed in Anjouan under number ALSI-102310002-FI5. Payments through Paysafe are handled by Next Global Era Cyprus Limited in Nicosia. The footer seal opens an Anjouan verification page, which on November 3, 2026 showed that licensee and number for lucknation.com as “VALID”, without dates. The Anjouan Gaming licence register shows the same licence, also marked valid, but with an issue date of October 5, 2023 and an expiry date of October 4, 2026. The same licence lists 26 other domains. Ask support for a current licence certificate before you deposit.
Clause 4.1.3 bars residents of the Comoros, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands and the United States. Canada is not listed, and our Canadian connection opened a /ca site with C$ offers. An Anjouan licence is not a provincial registration; see Ontario.
Welcome casino package: 40x on deposit plus bonus
The package page lists four deposits, each with its own code: 100% up to C$300 with 25 spins (WELCOME200), 50% up to C$375 with 50 spins (WELCOME250), 50% up to C$375 with 50 spins (WELCOME50) and 100% up to C$450 with 25 spins (WELCOME300), C$1,500 and 150 spins in total. The promotions list advertises the package as “up to C$5,000 + 400 Free Spins”; the package page itself gives the lower figures, so count on those.
The minimum deposit is C$30. You must wager the deposit plus the bonus 40 times within 21 days. Example: C$100 deposit + C$100 bonus = C$200 × 40 = C$8,000 in bets. Slots count 100%, roulette 10%, and live casino, blackjack, video poker and baccarat 0%. The maximum bonus conversion is 10 times the bonus. Bets above C$18 or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower, count as restricted play: on a C$100 bonus that is C$5 a spin. See bonuses.
Payments for Canadian players
The cashier needs a login. AskGamblers lists Interac for deposits and withdrawals, plus Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and crypto, with CAD among the currencies.

Three withdrawal rules matter more than the limit itself. Clause 8.2 requires a 5x rollover of your deposits before any withdrawal, counting only sports bets at odds of 1.6 or higher and casino bets with real risk; otherwise LuckNation can reject the request or charge up to 8%. Clause 8.7 says multiple withdrawals within a rolling 30 days incur a fee of up to 8%. Clause 8.9 caps winnings at €100,000 a day. The limit is €5,000 (or equivalent) per 7 days (clause 8.6), and a pending withdrawal is cancelled if your balance drops below it (clause 8.10). See Interac casinos.
Games
Lobby tiles show a PLAY DEMO button while logged out, with slots from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, Playson, Spinomenal, Rubyplay and Fugaso on the home page. The live casino has a provider filter and search, with Pragmatic Play and Vivo tables on the front page. We did not count providers or see RTP figures. There is also a sportsbook and virtual sports.
What other players report
AskGamblers listed one LuckNation complaint on November 3, 2026, “Impossible to close account”, marked resolved. Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 2.3 for lucknation.com from only 6 reviews, all one-star, latest July 10, 2026; they describe blocked withdrawals after verification and ignored closure requests. Six reviews are too few to show a pattern, and Trustpilot does not verify them.
Responsible gambling tools
The account settings include deposit, loss, turnover, maximum balance and session limits, a reality check and self-exclusion. Yes. Besides the English /ca site, there is a Canadian French version at lucknation.com/caf. The terms we read were the English version.
Does LuckNation charge withdrawal fees?
It can. Clause 8.2 allows up to 8% if you have not wagered your deposits five times, and clause 8.7 allows up to 8% for multiple withdrawals within 30 days.
