Short verdict
Lizaro suits a player who wants a large slot and live lobby with CAD accounts and a welcome rollover of 20x. The catch is the operator: the terms, the about page and the footer name no company and no licence, so there is no regulator to complain to. Withdrawals start at a cap of C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month, and an idle account loses €5 a month after 180 days.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read Lizaro’s terms and conditions (version 1.12, dated August 19, 2026), the welcome package and cashback pages, the payments and help centre pages, the responsible gaming page and the about page, and looked at the lobby as a logged-out visitor. There was no licence number to look up. We have not deposited or withdrawn yet, so there is no payout time; see how we test. No licence and no named operator
Lizaro’s terms refer only to “the company operating the Website”. We found no company name, registration number, address or licence on the about page, the footer or anywhere in the full rules page. The only corporate link on the site points to an affiliate program, UNO Affiliates, whose site shows no company details either. AskGamblers names the operator as GMBL Tech and gives “Costa Rica” as the licence, without a regulator or number. Magius and MonsterWin, two other partner brands, use the same terms word for word, with the same version number and withdrawal tables.
Without a licence, there is no regulator to escalate a refused withdrawal to. Lizaro is also not registered in any province; see Ontario.
Clause 2.3 lists excluded countries, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Curaçao and Malta. Canada is not on it. Some games are blocked for Canadians: clause 15.2 restricts NetEnt titles, and clauses 15.4 and 15.6 do the same for two branded slots.
Welcome package: 20x on deposit plus bonus
The welcome package page lists four deposits, 350% and 350 free spins in total: 100% up to €2,500 with 100 spins, 100% up to €3,500 with 50 spins, 50% up to €6,000 with 50 spins, and 100% up to €4,000 with 150 spins. The minimum deposit is C$30. Deposits by Neteller or Skrill do not qualify.
Wagering is 20x the deposit plus the bonus, with 10 days to finish each bonus. Example: deposit C$100, get C$100, and you must bet (100 + 100) × 20 = C$4,000. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is C$150. The most you can release from a bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, and free spin winnings carry 40x wagering, with release capped at €50 for up to 50 spins and €100 above that.
The general terms disagree. Clause 7.16 says any deposit bonus has 35x wagering “times the initial amount”. Ask support which figure applies before you opt in, and keep a copy of the answer. Our bonus guide explains how rollover is counted.
Regular offers: a daily cashback for VIP levels 2 to 5 (3% to 15%, capped at €100 to €400, wagered once), a 25% live casino cashback up to €200, and weekly and weekend reloads.

Logged out, the payments page shows only Visa, Interac and Mastercard logos, with no limits.

The help centre says any withdrawal request is processed within three business days, after verification. The finance team works 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday (clause 6.15), so a Friday request may wait until the next week. Withdrawal caps depend on VIP level: in CAD, C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month at level 1, rising to C$2,300 a day and C$30,000 a month at level 5 (clause 6.11). Only three withdrawals can be pending at once.
Two rules can cost you money. If you bet less than your deposit before cashing out, clause 6.8 lets Lizaro cancel winnings and keep a 10% commission (15% for card or bank deposits). Clause 6.7 adds a minimum monthly wagering of €20 for the month you withdraw. ID documents must be sent within 30 days of a request (clause 5.3). More on Interac payouts: Interac casinos.
Games
The sitemap lists 128 providers, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil and Red Tiger among them. Live tables come from Pragmatic Live, BetGamesTV, Vivo Gaming, SA Gaming and Lucky Streak; we saw no Evolution. The lobby counts 598 live games and 862 bonus buy slots.
Tiles show a Demo button while logged out, and a bet range but no RTP. We saw no search box in the lobby.
What other players report
On November 3, 2026, Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 1.9 for lizaro.com, with 104 reviews in the past 12 months and 77% of them one-star. The recurring complaints are withdrawals left “under review”, cancelled withdrawals and slow replies. Trustpilot does not verify reviews.
Casino Guru gives Lizaro a Safety Index of 1.7 (Very low) and lists complaints titled “withdrawal is blocked for over 2 weeks”, “withdrawal has been cancelled” and “withdrawal is delayed and under review”. We read these through search listings because the site blocked our access. AskGamblers had no complaints on file for Lizaro on the same date.

Is Lizaro licensed?
Not that we could find. The terms, the about page and the footer show no licence and no operator name, so there is no register to check it against.
Can I play at Lizaro from Ontario?
Canada is not on Lizaro’s excluded list, but Lizaro is not registered with iGaming Ontario. Ontario players should use a site on the iGaming Ontario list.
How much can I withdraw from Lizaro per month?
At VIP level 1, clause 6.11 sets C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month. Level 5 raises this to C$2,300 a day and C$30,000 a month.
Does Lizaro charge fees on inactive accounts?
Yes. After 180 days without a login, clause 6.18 lets the casino take €5 a month, or the whole balance if it is below €5.
