Short verdict
HappyJokers suits a Canadian who wants the bonus limits spelled out in dollars: C$20 to qualify and a C$10 maximum bet, with cards worth up to C$1,500 per deposit. It shares owner and platform with Casinacho and Goldzino, names no licence, and its later welcome steps carry 45x wagering with bonus wins capped at 10 times the bonus.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 5, 2026. Our Montreal connection got a “Country access blocked” page from happyjokers.com, which adds that a VPN may be the problem. The site’s code fetches its policy pages from the casino’s content server, and that is where we read the terms in force since May 7, 2025, the accounts, payouts and bonuses rules, the responsible gaming, self-exclusion and KYC policies, the promotion cards and the footer. Owner, licence and restricted countries
HappyJokers is owned and operated by Bitosa Dynamics Ltd, company number 3102445213, of San Pedro, San Jose, Costa Rica, according to its terms, which also choose Costa Rican law. The terms and the footer name no gambling licence, and the Anjouan register has no entry for the brand or the company. A Dutch-language site at happyjokers2.com is not linked from happyjokers.com, so we did not use it.
Casinacho and Goldzino, both on our partner list, belong to the same company. HappyJokers differs in its restricted list, which adds Australia and Austria to the USA, the UK, Spain, the Netherlands and others. Canada is not on it, and CAD is accepted. Bonus rules written in Canadian dollars
The bonus rules set a C$20 minimum deposit for each welcome step and a C$10 maximum bet, and give 50 free spins a day for 5 days after the first deposit. The promotion cards show the first deposit at 100% plus 25 spins for C$40, 125% plus 50 spins for C$60 and 150% plus 50 spins for C$150, up to a C$1,500 bonus, without a wagering figure. Deposits two and three get 100% and 75% up to C$1,500, at 45x within 7 days. The rules cap each welcome bonus at C$225, which conflicts with the cards.
Example on the third step: deposit C$400, receive C$300, and 45x means 300 × 45 = C$13,500 in bets. Bonus wins are capped at 10 times the bonus, here C$3,000. The abuse list is stricter than at the sister sites: a single bet above 20% of the bonus or €5, whichever is lower, can count as abuse, as can roulette bets covering 24 or more numbers. A weekly reload gives 100% up to C$225 at 35x the bonus, and a high-roller bonus of up to C$720 on a C$430 deposit carries 40x, once every 30 days. Weekly cashback and rakeback are advertised, but neither appears in the bonus rules.
Payments for Canadian players
The footer lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. We found no Interac. One Trustpilot reviewer blames the payment processor Gigadat for an unpaid withdrawal; the casino’s own pages do not name the processors it uses.

No withdrawal ceiling is published: the terms say it grows with your loyalty rank and is shown in the cashier, and the bonus rules add that weekly and monthly limits reset every 7 and 30 days, not on calendar dates. Wins over €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of €10,000. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 53 reviews for happyjokers.com on November 5, 2026, with 17% at one star, and noted that the company had not recently invited reviews. Three one-star reviews from April and July 2026 describe withdrawals of about $400, about $2,000 and a few hundred dollars that were delayed or not paid. AskGamblers has no HappyJokers page.

What is the minimum deposit for the HappyJokers welcome bonus?
The bonus rules say C$20 for each of the three welcome deposits, while the first-deposit card links its larger tiers to C$40, C$60 and C$150 deposits.
Is HappyJokers the same as Casinacho and Goldzino?
All three name Bitosa Dynamics Ltd and share a platform. HappyJokers has its own bonus rules in CAD, bars Australia and Austria as well, and pays large wins in instalments of €10,000 rather than €15,000.
Does HappyJokers take Interac?
Interac does not appear in the footer payment list, and the logged-out pages do not name it. A cashier check is still pending.
Is HappyJokers available in Ontario?
Its terms do not list Canada or any province as restricted, but the site names no Ontario or other provincial registration; it is an offshore casino run from Costa Rica.
