Short verdict
HadesBet suits a player outside Ontario who is comfortable playing in euros or crypto and wants a large four-part welcome package at 40x the bonus. The catches are serious: the site names no company and gives no licence number, it has no CAD and no Interac, and its terms let it keep the balance of an account left idle for 90 days.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read HadesBet’s terms and conditions (effective September 7, 2023), the bonus terms (updated January 26, 2026), the payments page, the weekly live cashback page, the responsible gaming page and the about page, and opened the lobby as a logged-out visitor. We searched the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence list and the Anjouan register. We have not deposited or withdrawn, so there is no payout time yet; see how we test. A Curaçao claim with nothing to check
The home page says “The website comes with a Curaçao license”, but gives no licence number, and the licence block in the footer is empty. The terms refer only to “the Company”, with no name, registration number or address, and the about page names no company either. We found no HadesBet entry in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online gaming list dated November 2, 2026, or in the Anjouan register. Without a company name, there is nothing else to look up.
That leaves no regulator to complain to. HadesBet is not registered in any province, so Ontario players should use a site on the iGaming Ontario list; see Ontario. Clause 3.1 lists 17 restricted countries, among them the United States, Malta and Poland. Canada is not one of them.
Welcome package: four deposits, 40x the bonus
The package totals up to €15,000 and 300 free spins over four deposits, each with its own code: 100% up to €2,000 and 150 spins (1HB), 100% up to €3,000 (2HB), 100% up to €6,000 and 150 spins (3HB), and 100% up to €4,000 (4HB). Each needs at least €20. The spins come 50 a day over three days on Coin Up: Lightning by Booongo.
Wagering is 40 times the bonus, and each bonus expires seven days after it is claimed. Example: deposit €100, receive €100, and you must bet 100 × 40 = €4,000. Slots count 100%, table and live games 5%, and clause 5.4 excludes a long list of slots plus all jackpot slots. Clause 1.8 caps what you can withdraw at 10 times the bonus unless the offer says otherwise, and we found no maximum bet rule. Our bonus guide explains how rollover is counted.
The weekly live cashback is 10% of net live casino losses, up to €2,500, with no wagering, for players who deposited at least €50 in the past seven days. Reloads on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday carry 40x or 45x.
Payments for Canadian players
The payments page shows no Canadian method. Every amount is in euros or pounds, and the terms list EUR, GBP and five cryptocurrencies as account currencies, so a Canadian card or bank deposit would be converted.

Clause 11.4 sets €3,000 a week and €15,000 a month at entry level. Higher caps apply after lifetime deposits above €2,500, €50,000 and €100,000. If your balance is ten times your total deposits, 11.8 can halve the limits. If you bet less than three times your deposit before cashing out, 11.2 lets the casino charge its processing costs.
Three rules can cost you the whole balance. Clause 12.1 lets HadesBet close an account with no deposits, bets or withdrawals for 90 days and withhold the cash on it. Clauses 8.3 and 8.4 allow confiscation when two accounts share an IP address, with no appeal. Clause 8.6 does the same if you refuse to send requested documents. Crypto details: crypto casinos.
Games
The home page says HadesBet works with 110 providers and has more than 7,300 games. The lobby’s provider list includes Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, BGaming and Novomatic, and the home page names Evolution for live tables. There is a provider filter and a site search.
When we opened the slot and live lobbies as logged-out visitors from Canada, they showed “No games found right now” or empty tiles, so we could not check demo play or whether RTP is displayed.
What other players report
On November 3, 2026, Trustpilot gave hadesbet.com a TrustScore of 1.7 from 72 reviews, 85% of them one-star. Most negative reviews describe withdrawals that were delayed, declined or cancelled, and locked accounts. The profile is claimed and the company had replied to 52% of negative reviews. Trustpilot does not verify reviews.
Casino Guru showed us a bot check, and we found no AskGamblers page for HadesBet, so we have no complaint figures from either.
Responsible gambling tools
The responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion through live chat only and describes no deposit, loss or session limits. Can I deposit Canadian dollars at HadesBet?
No. The terms list EUR, GBP and crypto as account currencies, and the payments page shows only euro and pound amounts. Your bank or card issuer would convert a CAD payment.
Does HadesBet take Interac?
Not according to its payments page, which lists cards, online bank transfer and five cryptocurrencies.
What happens to my HadesBet balance if I stop playing?
Clause 12.1 treats an account with no deposits, bets or withdrawals for 90 days as dormant and lets the casino close it and withhold the balance. Withdraw before you take a break.
Is HadesBet licensed in Curaçao?
