Short verdict
Fanobet suits a player who wants high withdrawal ceilings and a rebate with no strings: the payment policy allows €2,500 a day and €15,000 a month, and 10% rakeback is paid to the real balance with no wagering. The catch is accountability. The site names a Costa Rica company but no licence or regulator, and clause 7.7 lets it reset a dormant account’s balance to zero after six months.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. The address in our earlier notes, fanobet.com, returns a server error, so we reviewed fano.bet, the domain the casino’s own terms give as its website. We read the terms (last updated September 1, 2025), the bonus and payment policies, the home page and the game lobby as a logged-out visitor, and looked for the operator in the Tobique and Anjouan licence lists. We have not deposited or withdrawn, so there is no payout time yet; see how we test. This casino is one of our partners and pays us a commission when a reader signs up. Owner and licence: a company, no regulator
Clause 1.4 says FanoBet is owned and operated by Shiny Moon Limitada, of Jaco, Costa Rica. No registration number, street address or licence follows. The home page says fano.bet “operates under a gaming licence” without naming one. AskGamblers lists a different company, Zephyr Holding, and gives “Costa Rica Gambling” as the licence, which is not a regulator.
We checked the two registers that sites like this often cite. Neither company appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission licence list, and the Anjouan register has no fano.bet entry. With no licence, there is no regulator to escalate a dispute to, and clause 13.3 says the casino’s “judgment is final”. Fanobet has no provincial registration; see Ontario.
Clause 2.1.2 bars a long list of countries, including the USA, the UK, Portugal, Poland and the Baltic states. Canada is not on it.
Welcome pack: 40x on the bonus, 7 days per step
The bonus policy splits the 325% up to €3,000 and 150 free spins over three deposits: 150% up to €1,000 with 50 spins (from €20), 100% up to €1,500 (from €25), and 75% up to €500 with 100 spins (from €30). Each step has 40x wagering on the bonus, 7 days to finish and a cash-out cap equal to that step’s maximum bonus.
Example: deposit €100 on the first step, get €150, and you must bet 150 × 40 = €6,000 of bonus money. Only bets made with bonus funds count, the maximum bet is €5, and jackpot games are blocked. Live tables count 10% and table games nothing. Our bonus guide explains the rest.
The standing offer is stronger: 10% rakeback from sign-up, up to 15% at VIP levels, paid to the real balance with no wagering and no cap. A daily cashback scaled by VIP level is also listed.
Payments for Canadian players
The payment policy lists CAD among accepted currencies. Payments run through Nodapay, Kryptonim, Interkassa, Devcode and Coinspaid, covering cards, local methods and crypto. We found no Interac on any page we read.

Withdrawals of non-jackpot winnings are capped at €2,500 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month. Clause 6.14 allows wins above €50,000 to be paid in monthly instalments, and clause 6.15 caps winnings at €100,000 a day. Crypto deposits can only be withdrawn in crypto. The home page says photo ID, proof of address and proof of the payment method are needed before the first withdrawal.
Two rules can cost money. Clause 7.7 lets Fanobet reset a balance to zero after six months without deposits or play, while the bonus policy describes a €10 monthly fee instead. A VPN or proxy can lead to a blocked account and forfeited balances. More on crypto casinos.
Games
Tiles show a “Try for Fun” button while logged out, and the search box looks up games, providers and collections. The home page says RTP is shown in each game’s information panel. Slots come from studios such as BGaming and Gamzix. Live tables come from ICONIC21, Winfinity, KA Gaming and Live Vegas; we found no Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. A sportsbook shares the balance.
What other players report
On November 3, 2026, Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 2.9 for fano.bet from 57 reviews, 46% of them one-star. The recurring complaints are slow or rejected withdrawals, repeated document requests and closed accounts; some reviewers also mention promotional emails for a sister site, inky.bet. Trustpilot does not verify reviews.
AskGamblers lists three complaints, all resolved: a €200 account closure and two delayed withdrawals. We found no Casino Guru page for Fanobet.
Responsible gambling tools
The home page says deposit limits, wager limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are in account settings and take effect without contacting support. Why does fanobet.com not open?
On November 3, 2026, fanobet.com returned a server error. The casino’s own terms give fano.bet as its website, and that is the site we reviewed.
Is Fanobet licensed?
We could not find a licence. The terms name Shiny Moon Limitada in Costa Rica but no regulator or number, and the company is not on the Tobique or Anjouan lists.
How much can I withdraw from Fanobet?
The payment policy sets €2,500 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month for non-jackpot winnings, with a €40 minimum.
Can I keep money in an unused Fanobet account?
