Crownslots
Short verdictCrownslots has Interac both ways in CAD, a licence listed for its domain and C$6,000 a week in withdrawals, but welcome bonus winnings are capped and Ontario is excluded.

Short verdict
Crownslots suits a Canadian outside Ontario and New Brunswick who wants Interac for deposits and withdrawals in CAD and a licence that can be checked against the domain. Withdrawals are capped at C$1,500 a day and C$6,000 a week, which is more room than many offshore sites give. The catch is the welcome bonus: 40x wagering, and winnings from the first bonus are capped at C$1,500.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read the Crownslots terms (version 1.0, effective April 9, 2026), the bonus terms, the payments page and the responsible gaming page, opened the live lobby as a logged-out visitor, followed the Anjouan seal in the footer and searched both the Anjouan register and the Tobique Gaming Commission list. Licence and owner: two regulators
The terms name Metlait SRL, registration 3-102-911867, at an address in Tejar, Cartago, Costa Rica, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under E-gaming licence No. 0000064. The Tobique list shows Metlait S.R.L. with B2C and B2B licences, but it publishes no domains.
The footer also carries an Anjouan seal. That seal opened a validation page for crownslots.com with “Operating status: VALID”, and the Anjouan register lists licence ALSI-202509073-FI2 for Metlait SRL, valid until September 29, 2027, with crownslots.com among 29 domains. Others on the same entry include Skycrown, Neospin, Rollero, Crocoslots, Spinjo, Staycasino and Lucky7even. The terms themselves mention only Tobique.
Clause 2.4 excludes the provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick; other provinces are not on the list. Neither licence is an Ontario registration; see Ontario. Disputes go to support, then to the ADR service EGIS under Tobique rules, then to arbitration in Costa Rica.
Welcome pack: 40x and capped winnings
The banner shows 390% up to €3,700 and 175 free spins over three deposits. In CAD, the bonus terms list: first deposit 125% up to C$1,500 plus 100 spins (25 a day for four days on Sweet Rush Bonanza, Candy Monsta or Gates of Olympus Super Scatter); second deposit 115% up to C$1,700 with code CROWN2; third deposit 150% up to C$2,500 plus 75 spins with code CROWN3. Each needs at least C$30.
Wagering is 40 times the bonus plus free spin winnings, within seven days. Example: a C$100 deposit gives C$125, so you must bet 125 × 40 = C$5,000, plus 40 times any spin winnings. The maximum bet is C$7.50. Winnings from the first cash bonus are capped at C$1,500, free spin results at C$225, and the third bonus at C$2,250. See our bonus guide for how caps work.
Regular offers include a weekly cashback of up to 20% by VIP level (3x wagering), a Thursday 20% deposit cashback, and a 10% weekly live cashback with no wagering, open after four deposits.

The payments page lists limits in CAD for every fiat method and shows no fees.

“Instant” is the page’s word; clause 11.6 aims to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval, and intermediary bank fees of up to €16 can apply to bank transfers. Clause 11.8 caps withdrawals at C$1,500 a day, C$6,000 a rolling week and C$25,000 a month, with progressive jackpots outside the cap.
Each deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal (clause 9.7). If the casino cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the request cancelled (clause 8.4). Games
The site claims more than 8,000 games. Logged out, lobby tiles carry a demo label, and there is a search window. The page text names no studios, but the live lobby includes Pragmatic Play Live tables such as Money Time and Gates of Olympus Roulette, plus tables whose images point to Winfinity, Live Vegas, Galaxsys and Platipus. We saw no Evolution and no RTP figures on tiles.
What other players report
On November 3, 2026, Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 3.3 from 63 reviews for crownslots.com, with 62% five-star and 25% one-star, on a profile claimed in April 2025. One-star reviews describe withdrawals delayed by days or weeks and repeated ID checks; some reviewers suspect the five-star reviews are paid. Trustpilot does not verify reviews.
Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 6.9 (Above average), calls the terms somewhat unfair and records three complaints, one still open, plus 12 about related casinos. We read this through search listings because Casino Guru blocked our access. AskGamblers has a resolved complaint about free spins removed from a raffle.
