Short verdict
Chanze suits a slot player who wants a casino whose licence can be checked: the Anjouan register lists chanze.io under Exceptiosoft LTD, the Cypriot company named in the terms. The limits are tight for big winners. Withdrawals stop at €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month, the minimum cashout is €100, and no player can win more than €100,000 in a day. The site shows no payment methods until you register.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read the Chanze terms (last updated August 3, 2026), the promotions page and slots package, the FAQ and the about page, looked at the casino and live lobbies while logged out, and checked the licence in the Anjouan register. The cashier is not visible without an account, and we have not deposited, so there is no payout time; see how we test. This casino is one of our partners and pays us a commission when a reader signs up. It does not affect the ratings; see what we earn.
Licence and owner
Clause 1.1 names Exceptiosoft LTD, registration number HE 487571, with an address in Lakatameia, Nicosia, Cyprus, and clause 1.3 cites a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. The Anjouan register shows Exceptiosoft LTD with licence ALSI-202606020-FI1, valid from June 12, 2026 to June 11, 2027, and chanze.io is on its domain list. The site footer shows no seal or licence number, so the number comes from the register, not from Chanze.
The same licence entry lists about 20 other domains, including trixino.com and winztercasino.io, the sites of Trixino and Winzter, two other partner brands. We could not compare their terms. An Anjouan licence is not a provincial registration; see Ontario.
Clause 3.1.2 bars players from the USA, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Australia and a few other countries. Canada is not listed. Clause 1.2 describes the target markets as parts of the European Union and Asia, so ask support before you deposit if you want that confirmed in writing.
Slots welcome package over five deposits
The promotions page shows a slots package of 650% up to $6,500, without saying which dollar: 200% up to $500, then 100% up to $1,000, 100% up to $1,500, 150% up to $1,500 and 100% up to $2,000. Each step shows 30x wagering. There is also a sports package of 250% up to $5,000.
Clause 7.2 makes every deposit bonus “sticky”: your deposit and the bonus both go into the bonus balance until wagering is done. Example at 30x on the bonus alone: a $100 deposit with the 200% first bonus gives $200 of bonus, and you must bet $200 × 30 = $6,000. If the 30x applies to deposit plus bonus, that becomes $9,000. The maximum bet is €10, live and table games do not count, and a long list of slots is blocked while a bonus is active, including Book of Dead and Wanted Dead or a Wild.
Clause 7.10 caps what you can withdraw from a deposit bonus at 25 times the bonus amount, and no-deposit bonuses at 10 times. Unused bonuses can be removed after one month (clause 3.5.5). See our bonus guide.
Payments for Canadian players
Chanze publishes no payment page for logged-out visitors, and the FAQ says minimum deposits are shown on the deposit page. We could not confirm Interac or CAD. What the terms do state:
| Method | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Time stated by the casino | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank, e-wallet and crypto | Shown in the cashier only | €100 or equivalent | Usually within 3 banking days | None charged by the casino (FAQ) |
Clause 6.13 sets €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month, with no separate weekly figure, and clause 6.11 allows one withdrawal request per 24 hours. Your deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal (clause 6.5). Players who deposit more than €2,000 in total, or ask for any withdrawal, go through full verification: photo ID, a selfie holding the ID, proof of address and a photo of the card used (clause 8.6). Clause 5.7 caps winnings at €100,000 a day across all bets. For Canadian options, see crypto casinos and Interac.
Games
The lobby filters by 55 casino providers and 12 live providers, including Play’n GO, Hacksaw, Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Playtech, Novomatic and Microgaming. Live tables come from smaller studios such as LuckyStreak, Vivo, XPG, BetGames and 7Mojos; we saw no Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. The live lobby has a search box. We did not check demo play, and the tiles we saw show only the game and studio name. There is also a sportsbook.
What other players report
On November 3, 2026, Trustpilot’s unclaimed profile for chanze.io had 3 reviews and a TrustScore of 3.0, too few to show a pattern; the two one-star reviews describe stalled withdrawals and long verification. Casino Guru gives Chanze a Safety Index of 6.1 (Below average) and labels it “No license”, which does not match the Anjouan register entry we found; it lists one rejected complaint about a delayed withdrawal. We read Casino Guru through search listings because the site blocked us. AskGamblers has no Chanze page.
Responsible gambling tools
Clause 12 offers self-exclusion by email to support; once set, it cannot be shortened, and the account stays inactive until you ask to reopen it. A requested account closure lasts 30 days (clause 3.5.2). We found no deposit, loss or session limits described. Help in Canada: responsible gambling.
