Licence and owner

The footer and clause 1.1 name Equinox Holding N.V., registration number 164926, at Seru Loraweg in Curaçao, with licence OGL/2024/620/0878 and a Cypriot paying agent, Mercopal Services Ltd. The CGA certificate for that number shows the licence as active with casperbets.com as the approved domain, and the regulator’s licence list of November 2, 2026 includes the company. The responsible gaming page still describes the licence application as “in progress”, an older wording that the terms and the register have overtaken.

Clauses 2.1.2 and 2.4.4 bar the USA, the UK, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Israel and a few other countries; Canada is not on either list. A Curaçao licence is not a provincial registration; see Ontario.

Welcome pack: 575% over four deposits

Clause 6.11 sets €500 per transaction and per 24 hours, €3,500 a week and €15,000 a month, with one pending withdrawal at a time. Wins over €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments, and clause 6.16 caps winnings at €100,000 a day. Clauses 5.6 and 6.5 require you to wager each deposit five times before withdrawing, and the risk team can hold a withdrawal for up to 14 business days (clause 6.18). Slot tiles on the home page show a Demo button to logged-out visitors, from studios such as Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Fugaso, Mascot, Belatra, Platipus, Kalamba and Thunderkick. Some tiles show an RTP figure, and the lobby has a search box. The FAQ says there are over 8,000 games from more than 70 providers; we did not count them. On November 3, 2026, the Trustpilot profile for casperbets.com was claimed but had no reviews. AskGamblers lists no complaints and a CasinoRank of 6.8. Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 5.8 (Below average) and lists three complaints, all rejected; we read Casino Guru through search listings because the site blocked our access.
