Short verdict
Casea suits a player who wants a CAD account, demo play on most slots and a welcome rollover of 20x. The catch is the same as on its sister sites: the terms and the footer name no company and no licence, so a dispute has no regulator to go to. Withdrawals are capped at C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month at the entry level, and an idle account loses €5 a month after 180 days.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read Casea’s general terms (version 1.12, dated August 19, 2026), the welcome package and daily cashback pages, the payments page, the responsible gaming page, the about page and the sitemap, and opened the game lobby as a logged-out visitor. There was no licence number to look up in a register. We have not deposited or withdrawn, so there is no payout time yet; see how we test. No licence, no company, same terms as Lizaro
Casea’s terms call the operator only “the company operating the Website”. The full text has no company name, registration number, address or licence, and the about page and footer add none. AskGamblers names GMBL Tech as the company and gives “Costa Rica Gambling” as the licence, with no number to check.
The general terms are the same document that Lizaro, Magius and MonsterWin publish: version 1.12, the same clause numbers and the same CAD limit table. The responsible gaming page links to UNO Affiliates, the affiliate program Lizaro also links to. What differs between these sites is the game list, the cashback caps and the reputation record, covered below.
Clause 2.3 excludes residents of countries including the United Kingdom, the United States, Malta and Curaçao. Canada is not on it, but clause 15.2 blocks NetEnt games for Canadians. Casea is not registered in any province, so Ontario players should not use it; see Ontario.
Welcome package: 20x, but read clause 7.16
The package covers four deposits: 100% up to C$3,750 with 100 spins, 100% up to C$5,250 with 50 spins, 50% up to C$9,000 with 50 spins, and 100% up to C$6,000 with 150 spins. The minimum deposit is C$30, and Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify.
Wagering is 20 times the deposit plus the bonus, finished within 10 days. Example: deposit C$100, receive C$100, and you must bet (100 + 100) × 20 = C$4,000. The maximum bet with a bonus active is C$150. You can release at most 10 times the bonus, and free spin winnings carry 40x, with release capped at C$75 for up to 50 spins and C$150 above that.
General clause 7.16 says something else: 35x the deposit plus bonus for any deposit bonus “unless specified otherwise by the specific promotion rules”. The promo page does specify 20x, but ask support to confirm in writing before you opt in. Our bonus guide explains how rollover is counted.
Regular offers include a daily cashback for VIP levels 2 to 5 (3% to 15%, capped at €100 to €400, wagered once), a 25% live casino cashback up to €350, and weekly and weekend reloads.
Payments for Canadian players
The payments page opens with Canada and the Canadian dollar already selected, then shows only three logos and no figures.

Clause 6.15 says the finance team handles requests within three business days, working 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday. Clause 6.11 caps withdrawals by VIP level: C$750 a day and C$10,500 a month at level 1, up to C$2,300 a day and C$30,000 a month at level 5.
Two rules matter before a first cashout. Under clause 6.8, if you bet less than your deposit, Casea can cancel winnings and keep 10% (15% for card or bank deposits). Clause 6.7 adds a minimum of €20 wagered in the calendar month of the withdrawal. ID documents are due within 30 days of a request (clause 5.3). More on Interac: Interac casinos.
Games
The sitemap lists 110 providers, among them BGaming, Playson, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Endorphina and Booming Games. Unlike Lizaro, Casea lists no Pragmatic Play, Playtech or Hacksaw Gaming. Live tables come from Vivo Gaming, SA Gaming, Lucky Streak, Imagine Live and Creedroomz Live; there is no Evolution.
Logged out, the lobby shows a Play Demo button on game tiles. It counts 1,165 games in the New section and 672 bonus buy slots. We saw no RTP on the tiles and no search box.
What other players report
Casino Guru’s review gives Casea a Safety Index of 7.1 (Above average), far higher than the 1.7 it gives Lizaro on identical terms. Its complaints include “Player’s withdrawal is delayed” and a Swiss player waiting on a CHF 58,000 withdrawal requested on August 1, 2026. We read these through search listings on November 3, 2026, because the site blocked our access.
AskGamblers showed a CasinoRank of 6.7, no complaints and no player ratings on the same date, and called the withdrawal limits “very low”. Trustpilot has no profile for casea.com; pages titled “Casea Casino” on other domains are not this casino and were not used.

Who owns Casea casino?
The site does not say. AskGamblers names GMBL Tech, but Casea’s own terms, about page and footer name no company, and there is no licence number to check.
Are Casea and Lizaro the same casino?
They publish the same general terms, version 1.12, with the same withdrawal caps and bonus clauses. The game lists, cashback caps and complaint records differ.
Can I withdraw by Interac at Casea?
The payments page shows an Interac logo for Canada but no limits and no direction. Check the cashier after signing up.
