Short verdict
BetRiviera suits a player outside Ontario and New Brunswick who wants a named operator, CAD accounts and a large slot and live lobby with Evolution tables. The main catch is the cashier: no Interac, and withdrawals are capped at 3,000 EUR or USD a week until you have deposited 2,500 in total. Welcome bonuses need 40 times the bonus on the first two deposits and 50 times on the last two.
What we checked
This is a desk review done on November 3, 2026. We read BetRiviera’s terms and conditions, the bonus terms (last updated September 29, 2026), the payments page, the responsible gaming page and the footer, opened the lobby as a logged-out visitor and searched the Tobique Gaming Commission’s list of licence holders. Licence and owner
The footer and the terms name Tronabriz, a Costa Rican company with registration number 3-102-890275, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence #0000029. The Tobique register lists “Tronabriz Limited” with a B2C licence that expires on October 3, 2027. The register shows no domains and no licence numbers, so we could confirm the company but not that betriviera.com or #0000029 belong to it.
The details are not fully consistent. Clause 1.1 says “Tronabriz Limited” with an office in Santa Ana, while the footer says “Tronabriz Limitada” at a different address in San Pedro, Montes de Oca. The casino’s own overview table gives 2026 as the founding year. We found no other brands run by Tronabriz.
Tobique is a First Nation in New Brunswick, and clause 2.4 excludes New Brunswick and Ontario. Its licence is not an Ontario registration; see Ontario. Disputes go first to support, then to the ADR service EGIS under Tobique rules (clause 15.5), and after that to arbitration in Costa Rica.
Welcome package: four codes, 40x to 50x
The package needs a bonus code at each deposit. In CAD, the bonus terms list: DUSK, 100% up to C$3,000 plus 200 free spins on Coin Up: Lightning (40 a day for five days); GLOW, 200% up to C$4,500; FLARE, 50% up to C$9,000 plus 150 free spins; NOIR, 50% up to C$6,000. The promotions page shows NOIR as 100%, so check the code before you deposit. The minimum deposit is C$30.
Wagering is on the bonus only: 40x for DUSK and GLOW, 50x for FLARE and NOIR, and 50x for free spin winnings. Example: a C$100 first deposit gives a C$100 bonus, and you must bet 100 × 40 = C$4,000 before withdrawing. Each bonus lasts seven days, and welcome free spins must be activated within three. Regular offers include a weekly slots cashback of 5% to 15% (up to 2,500 €/$, wagered 5x) and a weekly live cashback up to 1,000 €/$ wagered once.
Payments for Canadian players
The payments page lists every method as “Instant” and “Free” and gives amounts in €/$ only.

The terms give a more cautious picture. Clause 11.6 aims to pay within 72 hours of approval, clause 11.10 allows three business days for bank transfers, and clause 11.11 warns of intermediary bank fees of up to €16. The minimum withdrawal is C$30 (clause 11.1). Clause 11.7 caps withdrawals at 3,000 EUR/USD a week and 15,000 a month; VIP members with 2,500 in lifetime deposits get 5,000 a week and 20,000 a month. Progressive jackpots are paid in full.
Verification needs photo ID and proof of address, and clause 9.3 lets the casino close the account and keep the funds if verification is not done within two weeks. Clause 3.2 says VPN use may lead to confiscation of winnings. After 12 months without a login, an account is charged €20 a month (clause 12.1). Games
The home page names about 50 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Relax, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick and Spribe, and the lobby has a provider filter and a search box. Live tables carry Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live branding, plus ICONIC21 and Live Vegas. The site says it has more than 6,000 games, and clause 3.4 says NYX titles are not available in Canada.
Two spotlight slots showed a Play Demo button while logged out, but the Slots category page showed “No games found right now” for us. The casino’s own originals show an RTP of 99% on the tile.
What other players report
Casino Guru gives BetRiviera a Safety Index of 7.3 (Above average), says it considers the terms unfair, and lists two complaints, both resolved, for €193 and €220. We read this through search listings on November 3, 2026, because Casino Guru blocked our access. Trustpilot has no page for betriviera.com, and AskGamblers had no review of this brand on the same date. With a site launched in 2026, there is little record yet.
Responsible gambling tools
The responsible gaming page describes no deposit, loss or session limits. It invites players to request a restriction of gaming activity by email, without stating durations, and links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Help in Canada: responsible gambling.

No. Clause 2.4 lists Ontario and the Province of New Brunswick among restricted territories. Other provinces are not excluded.
Does BetRiviera accept Interac?
Not according to its payments page, which lists cards, MuchBetter, MiFinity, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller and crypto.
How much can I withdraw from BetRiviera each week?
3,000 EUR or USD, or the equivalent in other currencies, and 15,000 a month. VIP members with 2,500 in lifetime deposits can take 5,000 a week.
Is the Tobique licence real?
Tronabriz Limited appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s licence holder list with a B2C licence valid to October 2027. The list does not show domains, so the link to betriviera.com rests on the casino’s own footer.
